Think Tank Visit

An exciting and enjoyable time was had by a number of Phase 1 students who had opted to take part in a trip to 'Think Tank' in Birmingham on Flexible Friday in December.  The students got the opportunity to find out a bit more about advances in medicene, the latest ideas in recycling and were able to see and explore aspects of future technology, robotics and its impact in medicene.

A highlight of the trip for many students was the visit to the Planeterium, where as well as being able to see the night sky we were also able to explore being inside a cell.  Thank you to Mr Carroll and the Science learning area for organising the trip.
